What's Cooking in the CITY?

Choose a unique culinary journey through the cuisines of the world, surprise your loved ones with special recipes revealed by Masters Chefs, and apply the secrets discovered during each class in your own kitchen!
CITY Plaza has launched the project “What’s Cooking in the CITY?”, a project dedicated exclusively to all culinary enthusiasts.
The course has a practical and interactive character and addresses all those who wish to learn, and then to apply in their daily lives, successful recipes used by the skilled Master Chefs of CITY Plaza Hotel.
Each class follows a specific cuisine (Asian, Mediterranean, French, Vietnamese, Argentine, Northern) and includes four modules, in which participants will cook recipes selected by our Master Chefs and will taste the wines associated with the dishes cooked.
The project itself is a culinary journey through the cuisines of the world and aims to create socializing opportunities for participants. In the same time, the small secrets discovered during the attended workshops will become very useful when they wish to surprise their loved ones with delicious dishes.
GENERAL TERMS & REGISTRATION
- The course is a service provided by CITY Plaza, intended for amateur culinary enthusiasts, and has a duration of 4 weeks (1 module of approximately 2h30', per week).
- Rate for one course, per person, is RON 550.
- Registration is made at Hotel CITY Plaza, subject to availability, by full payment of the course.
- The course will be held by Master Chefs Irina Ignat and Ioan Fatol.
- The course is not a vocational training and does not result in the delivery of an official diploma recognized by the institutions of the Romanian state.
