Ken Sai

An unique culinary experience!

In ancient Japan, “kensei”, later also used as “ken sai”, is the supreme honorary title awarded to an exceptional fighter. The title used to bring so much prestige that it was obvious that there could only be one “kensei” for a given period time.

Ken Sai is the only Asian restaurant in Transylvania that combines two exceptional cuisines: Japanese cuisine and Vietnamese cuisine.

Located on the 6th floor of the hotel’s new wing, having a capacity of 34 seats in the room and on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Fortress, the restaurant is the perfect choice for those who appreciate authentic atmosphere, the savor of Asian spices, and a healthy lifestyle. 

To complete the  culinary experience, you may ask for teppanyaki cooking. Two teppanyaki tables accommodating 8 seated each are available at any time, and our specialized chefs will perform in front of you.
A special selection of hand-processed tea flowers, as well as a variety of traditional or international drinks, complement the restaurant’s menu.

The restaurant is open for: late lunch and dinner.
Asian cuisine: Japanese and Vietnamese.
